Below is the comprehensive fee structure for all programmes offered at Achievers University. All fees are quoted in Nigerian Naira (₦) and are subject to review annually.
Base academic fees covering lectures, examinations, and basic academic services.
Administrative charges including registration, library, sports, medical, and other campus services.
Specialized fees for laboratory work, field trips, industrial training, and practical sessions.
Merit-based discount applied to tuition fees. Percentage varies by programme.
Note: The University Payment Portal is currently being developed. Until Council approves it for use, all students (fresh and returning) shall make payments directly into the University's designated bank accounts below. Both fresh and returning students will be duly informed as soon as the portal is available.

Option A: Full payment of all fees before 31st October 2026 — attracts a 5% discount on tuition fees only (non-scholarship programmes).
Option B: 50% of total fees before 31st October 2026, balance of 50% not later than 31st January 2027 — no discount.
Option C: 40% before 31st October 2026, 30% not later than 31st January 2027, remaining 30% not later than 31st May 2027 — attracts a 5% premium on total fees payable.
Each student MUST choose one option at the start of the session and abide strictly by it. MBBS students follow the same October/February/May dates according to their chosen option.
Make payment to any of the two university bank accounts listed above, according to your chosen payment option (A, B, or C)
Keep your teller/transfer evidence — this will be required for hostel allocation
Submit payment evidence to the Bursary Department for verification and registration
Important: All fees must be paid into the university's designated accounts only. The University is not responsible for fees paid into any private/personal account. The University has no agent for fee collection — paying through any individual is done entirely at the student's own risk.

Sundry Fees – ₦300,000 (covers registration for 1st & 2nd semesters, Sports, ICT, NHIS, hostel membership fee, development levy, AUSA and departmental fees. Does not cover feeding, indexing, matriculation, medical tests, or professional examination fees)
Late Registration Penalty – ₦50,000 per semester (or per expected time of payment)

4-man room: ₦400,000

Payment of appropriate school fees under your chosen Option (A, B, or C) is a pre-condition for hostel allocation. Bed space is allocated strictly on a first-come-first-served basis.
Pay the accommodation fee into the same university bank accounts (Zenith or Fidelity) listed above
Scan your evidence of school fees and hostel payment and send it to the coordinator of your chosen Hall of Residence for room and bed space allocation (see contacts below)

The University runs a fully residential system, where all students are accommodated in University-managed Halls of Residence.
Any student with a special reason to make private off-campus accommodation arrangements must submit a written application to the Vice-Chancellor, through the Dean of Student Affairs, stating the reason, and must receive written approval from the Vice-Chancellor before proceeding.
Accommodation fee per bed space:
Allocation of bed space is on a first-come-first-served basis, and is contingent on payment of tuition fees based on the student's chosen payment option.
On meeting the above conditions, prospective students should submit the accommodation application form to the Acting Dean of Students Affairs, Dr. Ojeme Samuel (0803 218 9025 or 0905 652 1159), for hall and bed space allocation. This can also be processed online once the portal is live.
Thereafter, a copy of the hostel booking receipt should be submitted to the relevant Hall coordinator listed below.
